Sacrifice: Contemplating Time and Trust, November 2022
Science Gallery Melbourne, Centre for Contemplative Studies, Centre for AI and Digital Ethics. An intimate ceremony performed with an autonomous swarm of stone-robots.Part performance, part experiment, Sacrifice is the product of a radical collaboration between theatre, robotics, and archaeology specialists that invites you to interact with ancient and emerging technologies of contemplation combining emerging swarm robotics and artificial intelligence technologies with globally significant ancient standing stones.

Premiere 19 April 2019 Sydney Yeats Gallery, Chicago Cultural Center. A creative response to Goat Island’s 1991 performance ‘Can’t Take Johnny To The Funeral’. Created in part through the Jackman Goldwasser Residency at Hyde Park Arts Center, Chicago.
